That free travel mod will make a world of difference. I rode around for a long time before I cut it off and now it rides much better. Would like that upgraded sway bar though. Nice work man.

Thanks, why does it make that much of a difference, doesn't just allow the truck to have Moore travel while going over a bump? What does it do to the regular driving? There maybe something I'm missing lol

Nothing really noticeable to regular driving. Gives the truck more travel over the bumps when it is lowered versus with the OEM bump stop still on the frame. I can still bottom mine out say over a rail road track if I wanted to (I did right after I cut it off just to see how far it would travel, but not since.)

Your everyday driving will just a bit tighter. Lower center of gravity, tighter suspension, better components, less sway. For the almost 3 ton beast, this is a winning combination.

Sounds good to me, thanks for the input

That looks good man. You might need to cut that bump stop down a little bit.

See mine here. I had to cut 2 of the layers off on mine. And you can see where it has made contact on the frame.

They are very small yours seems like it was twice the size of this one's but ill keep an eye on it, I have bags too so it shouldn't be bottoming out unless is something massive like trying to catch air like the dukes of hazards lol

Here is one more on clearance

Man that looks badass!

Just FYI. Here is what my bump stop looked like before I cut off the top 1/4” and another really lower profile option. They have so many if you find that one being a pain/too close to the frame.

Either way nice work on the drop.
