So the clear coat on one of my barn doors is peeling

It looks ugly. I'm sorta thinking about using black plasti-dip on both doors and maybe the hood. Would that look bad? Any ideas on what I can do to cover it up rather than have them painted?

Plasti-dip has red dip. I don't know how well it will match to your ractory red but maybe you can look into that. It will be a matte finish but you can always get the glossifier to make it a gloss finish.

I saw the red dip at Lowes on clearance....... If it looks anything like the cap...... it would not match any GM color lol

I would just get it fixed. Hell you can do it with very light sanding to get clear off then re clear. Ive done my hood and roof on my sol
