Can't tell from the pic but is the rubber boot for the throttle body side there?

Does it come with everything or do you just use your stock clamps?

I got this on a deal to install on my truck but it don't fit as the guy gave me wrong info and doesn't fit. I assume stock clamps would work. You get what you see. As that's what I have to sell
