One more question what other items would I need such a O2 sensor extensions and which ones?

OEM sensors, look on the AC Delco site for the correct replacement for your vehicle. Don't go cheap on sensors... I believe it already comes with a bung and plug for the wideband but can't remember. I ended up gutting my Kooks cats and they sound freaking awesome...

Nope, OEM fit if you are using the Cats and OEM sensors... Nothing else needed
