I have a 2013 Ford E350 Cutaway shuttle bus which started overheating on me the last time I took it out and i found the leak is in a short section of hose below/behind the drivers door in front of that i believe is the heater for the passenger area. I was wondering if anyone here had any knowledge about these types of trucks.

I'm pretty sure I can remove and replace the failed hose, but i was wondering if anyone know what those cutoff valves might be for? Any help appreciated.20210203_171142a.jpg 20210203_165812a.jpg 20210203_165650.jpg

Probably installed by the body builder to isolate the body heater for maintenance, or to completely stop heating the body in hot weather. I’ve seen that on busses before.

What @Bill 1960 and @George B said. Replace the hose and move on. If you want the valves to remain there I would get new ones because the old ones look ate up.

That is a high dollar hippie van here in Eugene, Oregon. Paisley curtains throughout.

Hope it is safe up on those ramps. I see no support struts on them.

replaced the hose and checked the valves while was under there, the valves still move nice and smooth. It took 4 gallons of antifreeze to bring the system back up to the cold fill level after getting all the air out of the lines.

Took it to Costco and had no issues with the temps.

Thanks everyone.
