2003 gmc yukon xl awd.

Went under my truck today and noticed some orange drops all over the skidplate that covers the front diff. It almost looks like coolant.
I am losing a bit coolant where I'll need to add maybe once in a while. I added some the other day and it's about an inch lower so I think I did lose some more at a faster rate than usual.
Being it on the skid plate is there anywhere coolant can leak from around there? Maybe it's diff oil? But it's orange look exactly like coolant. Thanks for the help.

Smell it. Should be able to tell coolant. It's sweet smelling... And if your coolant is low and needs to be refilled then yes you have a leak somewhere

Follow the trail upwards. Look all arounds the engine to find where it is dripping off of the engine to land on the skidplate. Follow that trail until it stops.

Could be water pump. Could be intake gaskets, Could be a few other things. Follow the trail and post where it seems to lead.

I sorta found where it's coming from. Its on the passengers side basically right on top of the idler arm. There's a few lines running there that have the antifreeze drops on them running all the way down dripping on to the skid plate. I'll upload a picture of it when I get to a pc.
