ebay. There's tons of FedSig MS100 , ES100 and AS124 speakers, Whelen SA315P, SA314 for cheap new and used.

There's not many options for Soundoff as there is for FedSig or Whelen. If you're dead set on that exact speaker you might have to go new. Does it have to be that one?
