Premium escalade = no spare.

I'm sure they have a spare tire kit you can buy like the hybrid tho

yup. (all) hybrids and Esky premium have no spare. They come with a can of fix a flat (basically)

The escalade premium has the resonator in it's place like this

No I won't. I don't want a resonator on. I like the sound without it, so I'll just put a "Y" pipe on after the exhaust goes over the rear end and then the pipes to each exit

no idea. I haven' had enough time to drop the truck off at the exhaust shop. The guy at the shop said it should be fine when it's done. Right now it's just hacked off right after it goes over the rear end...
