I used Sil-glyde on mine when I replaced the bushings and end links.

The same here when I did the Hellwig bars.

Spray grease or are there zirks?

best thing to do is unbolt the D bushings and slop some grease in there, you will want to do this seasonally and it might still squeak anyway, if you want zerks there expensive
for these fancy ones anyway

Our vehicles are due for front suspension refresh due to age. Bushings, bearings, shocks and seals. Fortunately the suspension components with new bushings are cheaper than extracting the bushes themselves and replacing them.

Start shopping for upper and lower control arms, tie rod ends and poly sway bar bushings on RockAuto after you lube up your bushings.

By the time the lube stops working you can drop off the truck with the parts and ride better than new for another decade and a half.
