Bought my Business Partner a 2016 Tahoe (Office Company Vehicle [emoji16]) several weeks ago. It was lightly used with 8k on it. Only issue is that the speedo is off by 10-12 MPH, slower than actual speed. What is the best way to fix? GMC dealer we bought it from SUCKS and told us they couldn't help!

dealer could help if they wanted.

i'd guess prior owner (possibly) had diff size tires & may have tuned it.
or it has diff size (as questioned above) & wasnt tuned

have mechanic reflash ECM or get a tuner & correct it.

also keep in mind. 6-12% variance is allowed (or used to be)

It has band new 285/45-22 tires on OE wheels so it shouldn't be a tires size issue. Think taking it to the Chevy dealership is worth trying to get them to fix it?

GM will not, or cannot under federal standards, provide calibrations for any axle ratio that is different than the way the vehicle was built. This affects emissions and corporate fuel economy. You probably can get a calibration for a tire size that was offered as an option.

I am asking for it to be calibrated EXACTLY as it came from the factory.

Nice dealership that you bought it from that wont help you! I would try taking it in to the local chevy dealer and see what they say. I change my tires from summer to winter tires and going up in size isnt an issue but whenever I change them I have to have the dealer reset the sensors. I wonder if this has anything to do with it, were those tires just put on?
