I got my spindles in today and wanted to ask some questions before install. i will be running the 5305 belltech without the spacer and isolators for around 4" drop and would like as close to level front as possible. Do i do the spindles and stock keys decranked alittle or the spindles and drop keys decranked. If I could use my stock keys and keep the ride quality than I would rather do that. When installing the spindles do I need something to break the caliper bolt loose that thing seems to be on there pretty good?

5305 with no spacer will be close to 5 inch drop in the back of a 00-06 tahoe

i would do spidnles and aftermarket keys cranked (not decranked) for a better ride.

Before you do anything with the front slap the rear kit in and then go from there. Remember you will need to cut the brackets off the frame also with those springs.

Im already cut with my 2/3 and have nitro 2 shocks all around. Do I have to heat that caliper bolt to loosen it

oh if you cut the rear bracket off the frame (not just the bumpstop) you will be fine. Ive never had to heat any caliper bolt but do the rear first because with that spring in rear and front keys/spindles you might need camber bushings for it to align.

The caliper bolt is never really all that hard to get loose, I always use my snap on 18" flex 1/2" drive ratchet with a shallow 18mm and it always works. also make sure you have a nice dead blow hammer to break the ball joints loose.
