I was interested in placing an ss bumper on my 2000 tahoe limited. Will this be a hard job or not? How diffcult will it be to relocate the factory fog lights to the ss bumper grill inserts?

ss covers are slip covers.. meaning they go directly overtop and cover the factory bumper.. they make them for the 88 to 00 trucks. you can put the lights where ever you want, as long as you can fab up some brackets

No, its not lowered. Its still the factory ride height. I do have a djm suspension kit and thought of lowering it a bit on the future 22" rims. What problems will I have if lowered?

my truck is lowered about 3" in the front and I have an SS bumper. I just made brackets for some Aftermarket fogs and bolted them to the bumper..... I have yet to rub anything other than a few careless park jobs where I pulled too far up.... but it was a high curb. I can pull over parking stops no problem.

before lowering

I wanted to do that to "MYHOE" but couldn't find a dependable shop to cut the fog lights in, so I just got my new Tahoe Limited bumper in and getting it painted in a few weeks along with all the rock chips on the truck. 2drhoeon4's front end is tight, that's the look I wanted.
