I have a couple of questions regarding the steering stabalizer or damper. I read Merc762 install write up and was thinking of doing this. Okay my question is if I did this stabalizer install now and later this summer dropped my Tahoe will the mounting location change? Or should I wait for the drop and then do this install?

You can install it beforehand if you want. One end of the dampener mounts to the frame and the other end to the centerlink, which doesn't get affected when you change the ride height since it pivots on the frame.
