I just finished replacing almost everything under my 01 Yukon XL I started spraying Fluid Film on the undercarriage to protect it before I move back to the salt belt. I have been searching for Braided Stainless brake lines for it (rubber lines rot fast up north) anyone know who sells these lines? I can't find them anywhere! I'm probably going to change out all lines I can find replacements for.

Powerstop and Goodridge both have them.

besides longevity are there any actual benefits to this? i do my own brakes so i dont have to worry about idiots at garages letting my calipers hang so ive never had a problem with these. so ive never decided to buy the braided lines on any vehicle i own since ive never had a vehicle i had to replace that line.

Firmer brake feel. The rubber expands when applying brakes and the stainless doesn’t.
