Starting issue

How else are they going to learn?

As a kid, my dad would tell me to go start the grill.
Then he would tell me to spread the coals out and put the meat on.
Then he would tell me to turn the meat.
Then he would tell me to take the meat off.
Then he would tell the neighbor that he grilled for supper.

I now know have a 13 year old son that I tell to go start the grill.......

First time starting a gas grill my eyebrows and arm hair went up in smoke! LOL

lol, I called my wife on the way home one evening and asked her to start the grill, she had never done it before and of course it popped on her, lol now she wont go anywhere near it she's scared to death of it.

I had the lid down and used the electric start, blew the glass window out and singed all of my hair! A few weeks later a classmate did the same thing! LOL

Update:
It's been 2 weeks since installing the new (Genuine GM) purge solenoid. No check engine light and not one starting issue. I guess the P0442 and starting trouble we were having WAS due to a bad purge...
