Starting Problem

I cant figure out my problem. any good input will be very helpfull..

my situation:

New Fuel Pump.
New SparkPLug and Wires.
New Oil Change.


Problem:

I know ones you turn your key to the Second Click it will activate the Fuel Pump to put gas into the Engine..

I did that 4 times before i crank the ENGINE.. still no Start..

It seems like its not getting any gas to the engine while i prime it before i start..

Also my Gasoline tank has a HOLE on the VERY TOP of the TANK which will be fix soon..

I live in a HILL. will that be a problem seens the gas flow back down to the gas tank?


The only way to start the car is spray starting fluid/or Carburetor cleaner to start it.. beside that it runs strong and perfect..

Check your fuel pressure first, that way you can rule out if the pump is bad.
