Philpug, now the next challenge is finding a nice used one with that option. Good luck with your search.

Fortunately I have time. Since I used to be in the car industry, I do have connections that can keep en eye at Manheim and trades at two good GM dealerships. I also have no problem traveling cross country for the right truck. There are some options in FLA right now but I am still a few months out.

It looks like the Premier has the same interior as the Denali but with the 5.3L. I have yet to get in one but are the seats any different when going to the Premier/Denali? I see the center console is different, what else are you getting with the upgrade (besides the 6.2 in the Denali)?

From 19 and up in the Suburban Premier you also had the 6.2 with 10 speed, and that would have the same ambient sound system part of the Stereo in the Yukon XL with Denali Trim level. Other than some different names for colors, Trifrost for Yukon XL and Iridesent Pearl for Suburban there is really not much to compare options with, running boards, heads up display, all came with the Premier as well. In a strange way you could say that you could not get a 5.3 in a Yukon XL with Denali trim level but you can in the Suburban with Premier trim. It really boils down to what brand you are liking.

Thanks @George100 The shopping has gotten more serious and waiting for the right one to come available.

Musts:
  • 2018-2020
  • Suburban LT/Premier or Yukon XL SLT
    • We do like the looks of the GMC better
  • 4WD
  • White or Dk Blue (business vehicle)
    • The tan interior is leading slightly
  • Rear Captains
  • <45K miles
    • Ideally in the 30K range, would rather have a lower odometer than a newer year.
  • Serviced up
  • Heated/Vent seats
Money:
  • Low to mid $40's
  • We can travel to get
  • I don't expect to find a private sale.
  • No inflated dealer fees.
  • Ideally a high Line dealer (or Chev/GMC), anyone who can afford another 80-100K+ vehicle usually took care of the one they are trading.

But should I get QST 106s if I’m going to be at the resort more than I think? That’s the real question.

I really like the QST 106 but it is hardly a resort ski...also..what resort are talking about Jackson Hole or Jackson Gore (at Okemo). Personally, I prefer something narrower as an inbounds ski.
