I could tell because the steering would feel fine then all of a sudden go really loose on a turn. The speeds vary, the tahoe was at 55+ but the suburban only did it at low speed.

That is how my steering feels even after installing my new sensor. Mine is at highway speeds to.

The module can also be a problem. Here are some trouble codes for it and being as how thaey are not emmisions related it will not set of a warning light and you will have to deliberately search for them.

I bought the EVO/TF Actuator from GMpartsdirect.com

I know it replaces the sensor but where does the end go from the pump to where?

This replaces the steering wheel speed sensor?

that hole below the solenoid is the pump discharge pressure line to the steering gear. Maybe I am unclear on something you are saying?

Reading that I dont think I did mine right lol. It says align the pin with a mark on the old one transfered to the shaft or whatever? The one that was in there and the one I bought had no marks or pins at all.
