Steering problems. Help

My 99 hoe has some steering problems. It's extremely sloppy. To the left and right. I'm not sure what the problem is. Mabey a steering stabilizer will help. I have 20" rims and slightly wider tires. Please help.

Your pitman arm and drag link are wore out, they do that fairly quickly, mine went at 150k, just like you describe, very sloppy, wanders terribly etc.

This is a very commmon problem with our trucks.
Go over your front end and see if everything is tight. It could be a number of things.
