For reference, I have attached a pic I found on the site showing the identical Steering wheel I have on my truck.

The lower push buttons on the steering wheel, (right and left) do no longer light up/illuminate at night.

Questions:
- Is there a bulb in there that can be replaced?
- Does one need to purchase new pushbuttons?
-----> I found the following site and wonder if this is the way to go???

http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/products/Chevy-GMC-Truck-Interior-Switches-For-Steering-Wheel

- How does one replace the pushbutton?
Does it simply "pull out" of the steering wheel?
How difficult is it, any pointers/hints in order to make this as painless as possible?

Many thanks in advance.

Very common for those bulbs to be burnt out, and since you upper buttons are lit up I'd say the bulbs are indeed burnt out!! Let me see if I can find the thread on here to help you replace them!

I'm pretty certain that the lights inside those buttons are not replaceable bulbs and would require switch replacement in order to fix the issue.
