I did mine for free... When I bought my 07 a few weeks back with only 70K miles, I noticed the same pealing... it was driving me crazy, so every time I went for a drive I would take my thumb and I wore off all of the matte rubbery stuff... It looks way better than it did, and it cost me nothing. The skin on my thumb got a little sore after a while, so I would quit until the next day.
