could be a few things. I'd start with ensuring that your wheels and tires are balanced correctly as well as the overall condition of your tires.

Highway speeds - 9 times out of 10 its wheel/tire balancing. You can also have your front hubs checked for any play. Cheapest is get the wheels re-balanced first to see.

Got all wheels balanced took care of some of it. I took for atest drive on freeway and when letting go of gas decelerating to exit it started vibrating. Could the driveshaft be unbalanced or any other suspension parts be worn?? Thanks again

how are you tires wearing do they seem to be wearing more on the inside or outside and do you front wheels look like there sitting straight up and down
when you look head on or do they seem like there kinda leaning in twords each other or leaning out away from each other
when you are driving down the road let go of the wheel for a sec does keep rolling straight or does it start to veer to the left or right
and when your steering isnt vibrating does the steering seem a little squirrely kinda like you need to put just a tad bit extra effort to keep the vehicle driving straight ?
also when your driving straing is your steering wheel perfectly level or tilted one way or the other

or there might be slack in your drivetrain from bad u joints or slip joint needs greese or ujoints need greese
