Is anyone hand calculating mileage or just going off the dash? If you’ve hand calculated does it come close to what the vehicle says?
I'm starting to hand calc mine and post on Fuelly.org

EDIT: I've only fueled mine up twice in the 3-4 weeks of ownership. Getting just under 23mpg. I do a lot of around town driving as well as higher speed highway to and from work. Speed limits here are 70mph but I65 is really 80mph minimum unless you want to get run over by a big rig.

At 8,500 miles, I can consistently get 30-33 mpg going with a flow of 75-80mph. In town milage is great going to work with reasonable traffic flows in Boston area, 22+mpg.

The engine performance is different from 327ci V8. I tried both. The diesel is less busy or less peaky and pulls a lot more from a standstill. The 460lb/ft @ 1500rpm moves the 3 ton sled without effort. Accelerating to 80 mph feels fast. Very satisfying engine.

I feel that I have enough miles and seasons to post accurate numbers. Took delivery of 2022 RST suburban 4x4 2/14/2022. Stock except for changing tires to Toyo open country AT3 (285/50/22) at about 3000 miles. Current mileage is 22624. Engine hours are 420.2 for an average MPH of 53.84. Lots of highway driving (65-80+mph) in temps from -35F windchills to 100F. I live at 3400’ but have traveled from 500-7500’ of elevation. I’ve tracked every fill up with Fuelly app. Overall MPG=23.0. Range of 16.6-29 MPG over 46 fill ups. Average fuel fill is just over 21 gallons. Onboard computer seems to be a little optimistic. I’ve use 2 trip meters for 9999 miles each and have gotten 23.5 & 23.8 MPG. Best 450 mile trip says 30.6 MPG. Overall I’m very happy with the vehicle and mileage. Speed and headwinds are biggest killers of mileage IMO.

Same here. I range from 23 to 31, but no matter what I know I’m getting the best mileage this vehicle can produce. It really has been beyond expectations after one year + and 12k miles.
