Stock LT 2010 shocks blue? Size of bolt?

I Am about to replace the shocks on my Tahoe (90k) and looked underneath to see what I have ahead of me and noticed that the current ones are blue. Are these stock? They look "slightly" cleaner the. The rest of the undercarriage. Non auto ride.

Also what size is the bolt that holds the top of the rears on, the side that you cannot see when looking up from the bottom rear.
