The only thing I have ever hated about my Tahoe was the lack of useable storage space and how much it costs to get a decent set up, so I built my own. I didn't want to break the bank so I got some 3/4 plywood and drew up a rough idea of what I wanted. I made it a two drawer system with one drawer being larger than the other. The bigger drawer houses the majority of my hunting gear and the smaller holds all my tools and other handy things, with some room to spare. This was my first attempt at anything like this.

Looks great. I would like to make one but wouldnt like that I couldnt use the privacy shade pulling thing to hide my sub and other items but it is definitely cool.

My back windows are so dark you can't see what's in the trunk anyway. I'm about to ditch that massive box and get a stealth 10 for the console, too.

Thanks. It only cost me around $200, compared to $2400 for a single drawer from truck vault. But I used the better choice ply instead of the regular stuff and coated the whole thing with spray on bedliner.
