Yes but that code is related to the transmission and so is your traction control/stabiltrac, might be worth at least visually checking the harness, in the bulletin it shows photos of what to look for (wires not fully inserted), chaffed or worn.

Do you have a copy of that bulletin you can paste up here. And which code are you referring to?

Hell, anything is possible. Just replacing that switch could fix the problem.

Replaced the switch bank. No change. Replaced brake light switch again with an OEM one and Service Stabiilitrak and Traction Control lights are gone. Been gone for 2 days now.
Thanks everyone here for the help and solid advice. Russ

Welcome to the forum Russ. As you're experiencing, life without a Tech-2 can be very expensive with these rigs. Get one. Yours would have paid for itself already and will do so the next time. Always use GM OE or ACDelco Professional parts in these things, they do not take kindly to aftermarket parts.

A good battery with a bad cell can wreak havoc on the electrical system in these things too. If more electrical codes come up, look the battery over real good. Engine problems can also disable stabilitrak, the Tech-2 has the tools to allow you to check for misfires, check the coils, injectors, fuel pump, etc.

Okay guys the Yukon has been running great for over a week driving back and forth to work with no codes lights on the dash my wife and I had on a trip this weekend and get 45 minutes out of town pulled to a gas station to take a potty break and it stalls and will not restart. After sitting for 40 minutes it restarts again. Is it the ignition control module and if so where is it located on the 2007 Yukon? Thanks all for your help in advance
