No way in f'n hell does a TBSS OE cover fit on a Tahoe. I've owned both. It will not and doesnt not even come close dimension wise. I've owned a TBSS a GMT800 Tahoe and currently a GMT900 Tahoe. I currently have the Street Scenes SS cover on my GMT900 tahoe. As long as its installed correctly it fits wondefully. The ducts aren't "seperate" like they are on the TBSS cover so if you want them a contrasting color your painter needs to be good at taping $hit off. But seriously the idea of a OE TBSS cover on a tahoe???? Not happening.

This thread is full of confusion. One thing that isn't, though, is that Bogeyboy82's Tahoe is incredible! I love it! :party33:

Thanks guys...I love the way it looks but it's such a pig haha....I'm currently debating taking it to the next level with brakes and a supercharger or selling it and getting a 2012 SRT8...Its an LT3 pretty well loaded up with only 30k miles...wonder what its worth...hmmmmm

What exactly does correctly mean. Having to fab brackets and **** like that is NOT what I want out of a bumper that is advertised as "ready to install"

sweet_n_low, i like the street scene #1 the best. to bad you read it doesnt fit right. Cant wait to see what your new front bumper looks like after a little body work.

don't have to do anything bracket wise...just need to follow the instructions. you take off the factory air dam and it literally slides on top of the factory bumper. You secure with adheisive on the top pad and screws everywhere else. I've had mine for 3k miles and TX heat for 4 months and not a single problem.
