Took the chrome fender flares off today and dang it looked so good! Unfortunately the flare had dug into the paint and made it look like crap. So they are back on for now, but I am going to look at getting gloss black street style fender flares so the fender doesn't have to be painted. I was fortunate that there was no adhesive behind it at all. Only 5 screws and off. Just glad I didn't take 3 off and the 4th look like that. That was the first one I took off.

Buff those headlights and it will change that truck drastically.
Eventually I am going to blackout the headlights. Probably new ones, but the factory headlights are going to get buffed when the rest of the truck does sometime next month. @fiatdale

Thanks @Fosscore and @OhioHoe . I guess lowering it instead of larger tires is the way to go then. Appreciate all of your feedback. Everyone has given me so many great ideas.

Just depends on what direction you want to take. Lifted vs. lowered is a personal preference. I happen to really love mine lowered. Mine will never see a dirt road and only lives city life on good roads. As they say, your mileage may vary...:)

Being that it is 2wd I definitely would rather lower it if I am going to mess with the ride height. I love the way a lowered truck looks too! Like yours, mine will never see a dirt road. It will be city and highway driving back and forth to work.
