I did a kit on my Dad's shop plow truck a while back. It was a kit by Whelen and I got it pretty cheap. We drilled some pretty big holes in the headlight and tail light housings but if you seal it with some silicon you should be fine. I think we got it from strobesnmore.com. They are in Rhode Island. I think my uncle got the same kit installed for somewhere around $800 but we bought the parts and did my Dad's in a saturday morning for $250 or so.

Look around at the LED lights, They have their own brand which are excellent. Also, Whelen TIR3's are awesome little lights as well., They just require a Power Source, Ground, and then run them to a Momentary switch. I have 4 of them for my Grille (2 White, 2 Amber) and will sync them together (Which they also have a wire to link to each other).

Each light has 12-20 Patterns when not synced together, and 12 #2 Synced patterns. Make sure you do your research and know exactly what you want. BTW, Don't get any lights that may be Illegal to use in your State. (EX- NC, does't allow use of Red, or Blue lights except when given permission or for certain vehicle's.)

Hope this helps...

Strobesnmore is a great company to deal with, their prices are good as with their products. In addition they are good with trouble shooting. If your doing just plowing, then i would put amber led hideaways in the turn signals and those top corners where there is nothing there next to the headlight. This way you get 360 coverage and not get your self blinded by your own lighting. Which company or product you choose is your personal decision
