hello all
I have a problem with my truck starting that has everyone stumped. My 99 yukon sometimes wont start with out me releasing the pressure in the line, by hitting the valve stem thing on the fuel rail. Sometimes it starts right up but mostly it doesn't. Also sometimes i cycle the key a couple times to turn the fuel pump off and on, and you can here the pump change tone. like it pressurizing. its got a new fuel pump in it and a new purge solenoid valve. any help would be great thanks guys

id say check for pressure leaks in the manifold. spider injectors pressure regulator. and make sure its not leaking in the tank. i just had a no start ordeal and it ended up being the sender leaking in the gas tank check that all the fittings are tight

^^ x2.
Perform a fuel pressure leak down test with a guage, should be able to rent the setup at most auto part retailers (ie. Autozone, O'Reilly etc.
