Looks too easy. Guess ill have to get some fiberglass and resin soon.

I ended up with way to much MDF wood, now I have to figure out a way to get rid of it all. Only 45$ for a 4' x 8' sheet 3/4" thick. Im guessing the fiberglass and resin will be around aboutish the same price. My only issue will be the fumes and smell with the kiddos, hopefully I can get a good couple days of good weather to let it air out good.

And definitely check out sundown. They have cheaper subs. The e series is the lowest. The sa is a real good sub as well. Ive had sundown zv4s and niteshades.

And also soundqubed is a better priced company. All better than kicker jl etc

I was messing around and getting the first sizing and dimensions of the where the box will be going, and for the fiberglass box, idt would be good for me right now. I don't have space or time to let it sit for a few days while it does air out. With the type of fumes that the resin puts off for the fiberglass it would be too much and I have my kids in the truck constantly. Essentially things are too busy for me to have the truck down for that long of a time unless necessary. Iv started the initial mock up for either a standard type box or im going to do a layered ring style box. Right now doing just the sizing and mock up out of card board and then ill see what route I will go in a few days or so.

Started on a box that will sit behind third row seats for now. I'm gunna wait to do the two hidden boxes underneath console and in rear panel for when I get home and buy a beater to drive while I can park this to work on it more. I will see what I can do for pics and measurements for the build and if all turns out good with sound then I will post for others to build if they want. Im building a slotted ported box. Found a build that met the needs for my sub and modified the measurements and shape to fit behind third row of my model Tahoe. This will be for a single 10" sub. Stay tuned and Ill do what I can. Trying to get this thing built within this month, but working night shift makes things hard.
