well on the side with the jack compartment the wheel well is covered up by the box, but on the passenger side it looks good, took some careful measuring and cutting to get it right up to the wheel well but it looks pretty seamless and clean, it only took me a day and a twelve pack to do, well not a full day but like i said its not quite done yet, but are our projects ever really done? lol

I wasn't going to get a sub setup for this reason, I still use my cargo area. Plus, I didn't want it to get broken into. Then I found a Pioneer 8" shallow mount on CL, and decided to build this box. It fits under the passenger seat. I don't have a ton of bass, but it really adds a lot. It also vibrates that seat like crazy, which isn't the best, but it's not terrible. Here's pics:

The reason that one side has to be angled is because of the spring on the bottom of the seat to adjust the seat's position, like this: (pic is from behind the seat)

I realize this post is very old, but do you have the dimensions? Would love this in my 2011 Tahoe
