Just googled silver Birch. Our Tahoe and burb are darker than that. Definitely dark grey metallic.

Yeah the Tahoe pic that was posted was clearly 99-02 era Dark Grey Metallic (I should know, I used to own an 02 Silverado LS Z71 in that very color) but the Burb 2500 w/ two mirrors I quoted the pic of looked much lighter to me which is why I thought it was silver birch or white...

The 2500 is one of my favorite trucks ever made! I'm actually going crazy looking for a nice clean one right now since I have another newborn on the way...I know 2 car seats would fit fine in all 3 of our trucks but my wife has been misled by someone :angels2: she now thinks it's imperative to have a 2500 to fit 2 car seats :D...clueless wife= happy life

We got the burb because of car seats.

We have two now and twins on the way and the Tahoe, once the third row is down, has zero cargo space. No way a stroller fits back there after it's down.

Drove all over the Midwest in search of a Yukon XL and saw this Burb and never looked back!

Now I'm driving the Tahoe and I sold my 11' Silverado that was my goose hunting rig. I'm going to tear this Tahoe up and I'm worried about it.

Drove it through a corn field yesterday after geese and I was wincing Everytime I heard a stick scrape the bottom! Theres just no clearance compared to a truck.

Time to buy a pickup then. Your wife will kill you if you mess it up.

Quick question for all of you 2500 owners. Does your truck automatically disengage overdrive if you lift off the gas pedal and coast at highway speeds? I'm wondering if this is a standard feature of the 4l80 tuning or not.
