Suburban Sub Into a Yukon XL

Is there any reason that the rear sub box from an 01 Suburban wouldn't fit into an 04 Yukon xl?

I have a Bose radio, and I want to move the sub to the back....

You will need to run wires and a new another amp. Also need to cut holes in the speaker grill to perforate it like the 01s
