I have a 2011 GMC Yukon Denali. My mechanic and I both have had a tough time finding this part, new, used, etc. I've attached a pic of the connector and an image of what ChatGPT says is the module it connects to. This controls the seat heaters, blowers, etc. and is located under the passenger, front seat. The previous mechanic just replaced the connector but that only stayed viable for 9 months or so before burning out again. From what I can see online this is a common problem. Any help with running this part down OR advice to better address the situation is most appreciated. The current mechanic is reluctant to simply replace the connector and prefers to replace the cable. He's more then ready to get my vehicle out of the shop, as this is the last thing and it's been in there for some time with various repairs including the front and rear main seals, coolant leak, complete replacement of the rack & pinion and other suspension components, tune up, sunroof water leak, etc. Thanks in advance!image0000.JPGIMG_3193.jpg

The part number says this at oemcats.

About this 22832743 Module

This part is a module, comn interface (with mobile telephone transceiver) (labeled 22832743), for Chevrolet, Chevrolet Trucks, Buick, Buick Trucks, Cadillac Trucks, and GMC Trucks cars. It fits for 430 General Motors vehicles which were sold in the U.S. in 2012. It's a genuine General Motors part with an OEM part number 22832743, and a corresponding ACDelco part number 22832743. Please keep in mind that this module was replaced with 22898335 for the U.S. market on May 1, 2012, and was replaced with 22898335 for Canada market on July 25, 2011.

The seat heater module would look more like this. Pic is for reference only.

Online pics of either module posted above do not show a 12-pin connector like that, so I think we might need more info about the mating module.

From a search on GMPartsDirect this looks more like the part that the harness connects to. Go to that site and enter your VIN and search to see what comes up. I'd doubt that the harness itself will be available. YMMV

I'd also be a little concerned about the condition of the terminals on the module.

They do sell a harness repair kit just for that.

Just saw that individual part for sale last week.

Do a little googling
