sunroof bracket broken

mine broke a few years ago. dealer stated only fix was to replace entire assembly for nearly $1K. I chose to hold the air dam down when closing the moonroof.

+1 on holding the air dam down. Mine has been broken since I got my truck. Seems to be common problem..

Just figured out this is what's wrong with my air dam as well. No single part available to fix it. I've got access to a donor car and I think I can drill out the rivets holding the legs of the donor's part.

My interior cover for mine broke out o few months ago any way to fix it that anybody knows of

This is the company in Houston that put in my after market sunroof in my 08 GT. Ford does not make them with sunroofs. This is a great company that has warranties. I used them before on my 07 even though they didn't do the install. I had a broken pin and it was $250 to fix.
