Spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor and maybe a new serpentine belt depending on when you last changed it. Also, go with AC Delco parts whenever possible

You can also look into the following, depending on how much you want to spend. ThinBlue already started the list.
Fuel filter, engine, tranny, rear and front dif and tranfer case fluid change and filter if applicable. I'm in the process of doing the same to my hoe, which I recently purchased. If I think of anything else I will post.
