Finally found the perfect tuner. Guy by the name of Jim Hall. He has a company known as TPIS in Chaska MN. They have the “Eddy current” dyno that bolts to the rear axles.
They can simulate any road condition at any speed and are able to fine tune the various timing tables and fuel tables. It’s actually a bit more complex than that, but that will give you an idea. They had the Tahoe for a week and it is Perfect.
So if there are any others out there with a TEC 3 ECM. These are the guys.
Of course their specialty is OBD-2, but they can handle anything.
He did the same routine on my Camaro a few weeks earlier. The Z28 also uses the TEC-3. Kinda nice to have the fleet running perfect all the time………………
