What percentage are you ascribing for driveline loss?
Not sure if it is making a difference in your calcs but mine has 3.42s gears, not 3.08s.

None of that is calculated as the formula is calculating rear wheel horsepower through the traps in the quarter mile.

RWHP = Race Weight X ((.00426 X Trap Speed)^3)

Stated another way:

.00426 x 100.44 x .00426 x 100.44 x .00426 x 110.44 x 6000 = 470.002 RWHP

i have a 2018 Premier with the 5.3 in Tungsten Metallic. It has 25000 on the odometer.

It is my daily and I use it to tow either my camping trailer or my enclosed car trailer with a 1500+ whpr twin turbo corvette inside.

The stock truck did a fair job at best until it was time to climb a steep grade. Then, it was anemic and I wished I waited the extra 3 months for the 6.2.

So, the only cure was a supercharger. I picked up a TVS1900 kit for the truck and dropped it off with my friends at East Coast Supercharging in Cream Ridge NJ. The did the install and custom tune.

Before the install, the truck ran 0-60 in 7.23 and 15.33 in the 1/4 at 91.37 mph. After the supercharger, 0-60 was 5.56 and the 1/4 was 14.07 at 100.44. The truck was not dyno’d because that wasn’t important to me. This was measured on a Dragy.

It has no additional noise unless at WOT. Drives like stock. Very smooth. Power everywhere. The transmission was not retuned so the shifts are soft and slow. Wish I did this sooner.

I will be trailering next month so I will update but, so far, so good.
Sounds great Ira... also in NJ and considering this, total price for project if you don't mind my asking?

If you don't mind me asking, What was the cost for the charger plus install?

I was considering trying out ECS for mods but decided to go with CarTek in Garwood since they have a pretty good rep working on late model GM corporate motors. I had my TA done by TTP performance who was originally out of Clifton and now moved to Toms River. Wasn't happy with them. ECS came up in my search as did CarTek. Since Garwood is 25 mins away and CreamRidge is an hour+ away, I figured it will be easier to get the 30 minute ride from someone. But ECS is a very reputable company. IU have to assume you had them do your TT-vette?

You heading to Atco now that Englishtown is nothing but a memory?

Ira , My understanding is that Black Bear will be tuning in New Jersey soon. You may want them to check the engine tune and get the transmission done also.

I also have a PM in your inbox.

It would not be fair to base it off my numbers. I am friends with the shop owners. The best thing you could do is call ECS at 6097520321. Ask for Chris. Offer that chubby bastard a chicken sandwich and see if they take money off the deal. Inside joke but use it.

They have a newused Whipple 2.9 for the truck there. Maybe 2000 miles on it. Customer put it on then complained it whines when you nail it. DUH. Had it been available when I was looking, I would have bought it.

They had the truck for 2.5 days. Night and day difference.
