I have a Procharger I pulled off my now gone Trans Am that I plan on putting on the Tahoe. I plan on only running 6 psi. Is the stock fuel system up to the task?

SW CT,
Yes it is. The GMT900's have a fuel pump control module(FPCM) which adjusts the voltage to the fuel pump as demand rises. Some of the turbo guys have added another pump in-line run off a Hobbs switch set to 4-5psi. in order to get more fuel without removing the entire stock fuel system. I am running the stock fuel system in my Suburban...running it at 10psi for 15k+ miles now and have plenty of breathing room before I start overflowing the pump and IDC.

I have done 690 RWHP with the factory pump and 80lb injectors on an 07 Tahoe before. You will have no issues.

Yes, you will be fine, we have quite a few customers running Prochargers on a virtually stock system.

Jenna, which trim do you recommend. My LTZ is bone stock. I want to add exhaust and CAI. Will supercharging effect the AFMS?

What do you mean by trim? You should be tuned for the supercharger, and your tuner should take care of AFM for you.

What trim did the blower come with. Do you plan on running a intercooler on?

As I understand the prochargers, they have different trim. Being different "stages" or PSI output. I was wandering about the Fuel Mangement System, where it shuts down 4 cyl when not under a load.

P1SC would fit the bill, but if I were you I'd look into an Eaton style ala Edelbrock E-Force or GM unit, but you'd be on the hook to get the accessory figured out on the GM unit
