Truck is surging at idle....from almost dying to about 700 and back and forth....but not all the time.
It has the cam in it now and has been awhile. I took it back to the tuner and he checked it out and says it runs great and sees no problem....because it never did it with him....ha ha
I think I will try the "throttle body relearn" and see if it helps. Everything looks good and it runs great at speed.
Anyone got any ideas ? Thank you.

I don't know what all you have done to it, but....surging can be throttle body, throttle body sensor, fuel pump and/or filter, MAF, dirty air filter, and other things I am not aware of. The re-learn is a good starting point...

surging at idle with a cam is pretty text book tunings. needs more in the airflow table I believe it's called.

cleaning and resting the tb and maybe cleaning the maf can help. but I think you're going to have to figure out how to get it to do it in front of your tuners, or at least get a data log of him to see.
