Gotcha, thanks for that. I just got the strut from Arnott then. Not the whole assembly. Do I need the full assembly?

No problem man.
It depends on how many miles you have. I'm kinda new to the whole strut thingy myself, haha.
I'm actually getting ready to install some new ones myself.

Right now I'm right around 160xxx. I might take a look at the assembly and see what they run. I will have them off, may as well replace them if they are semi affordable. Good luck on your install, let us know how it goes! What brand will you be using?

I'm getting close to the big 200k mark. I'm with you, I'm all about preventative maintenance.
Before you buy anything check with gmpartsdirect, they have some of the best prices for OE GM parts.
I got Bell Tech struts, found them for a deal and from what others have said they ride a little more firm than most. I'll be reusing my coils.
I certainly will, once I find a spare weekend I'll bang it out, haha.

I bought the Arnott ones to keep the air/electric ride in the Denali. I'm debating on whether I need any new parts for the assembly/coils. I also need a spare weekend. Just had a kid! So not much spare time right now.

Ohh gatcha, no air/electric ride for me. It's not that bad of a job to do, you can always see how it feels after the struts are installed and go from there.
CONGRATS, that's great news. Boy or a Girl?
