Does anyone know if I could go with these bags and still drop 2-3 inches in the back?

I also had a few questions about the front. I want to level the ride so will not be dropping any in the front. I just wanted to know what would be a good replacement for the front shock. The ones currently installed are OEM but are not good anymore after 140k miles... I want to keep auto dampening? Well what I do know for sure is I want to keep the best ride quality I can. Any suggestions?
