Installed the 3/5 a few wks ago, got everything all dialed in, free travel mod, sway bar relocated, rear hardware etc... the ride is good and it looks killer, but I'm still having an issue of when I hit a dip or big bump something in the rear is hitting and making a big noise. I thought my sway bar may not have been over far enough and was hitting the bracket still so I got under it and it appears that the sway bar might be hitting the panhard bar right in the middle of the bar. I can't tell for sure bc my spare tire is all up in the way, but when I disconnect the links and yank down on the sway bar (like when i drive over abump) I can see/hear them make contact right there. Would longer end links solve this issue? Im thinking now that ive been running air in the bags to keep from bottoming out for no reason as it probably wasn't bottoming out I was feeling/hearing but this sway panhard contact

Any help is once again GREATLY appreciated

I was trying to find your lowering spec's and I came across this old thread of yours. Did you ever get this sorted out?

How about a BFH taken to the Panhard bar for a little massaging?
Or maybe an aftermarket Panhard bar that isn't as big as the OEM?

sorry guys, just saw your replies. i finally got my spare tire out of there, and nothing is making contact back there. i really just think the travel is so limited that it is bottoming out and its the frame hitting the axle on the big bumps, and its just a bumpy lowered truck is the reason it sucks day to day

question on your passengers side do you have the swaybar placed on outside next to tire or are inside closer to pumpkin?

Cna you take pics where its hitting. There have been some trucks where the panhard barcket mout stuck out a little more and I had to use a hammer to tap it in.
