The old bolts with new hardware could of been an option, or cut the sleeve down a hair.

I think the initial problem was he had the wrong end links if you are having to compress a small rubber fitting to even get them on then somethings not quit right
Are there any differences between the HDs and standard suspension?
Just a thought but, maybe they make a link specific to the HDs and you used a standard link instead, which is why they weren't long enough.
Well in this case, there are indeed different part numbers for the 1500 and 2500 suburbans. I would *hope* that the 2500 was beefier, made of higher strength materials, etc. But I think we all know - they probably are very similar. While it *may* work....doesnt necessarily mean it should. Though, we're just talking sway bar links here...nothing all that major.
Looks like a lot of the same part numbers for joints and stuff. I mean the thing is beefy, no doubt. I put on the suspension enhancement system bump stops to cut sag, and she pulls real nice.....but that gas mileage... omg
RightFront end on the 2500 is torsion bars, as opposed to coils/struts, isn't it???
