Tab as a source unit

Ive started my system build and its a work in progress but i got some components already in the **. Im using a samsung galaxy tab for my source unit for songs and streaming pandora and iheartradio. Using the 3.5 jack i fed the output to a preamp i mounted down low in the console. It provides 5v to the amps, so far i only have the mids and highs amp installed. all the components are rockford Punch series which i may upgrade to the power series later on.

Future plans include 4 p3 15 inch subs and two punch bd 1000 watt amps to push them.

what size galaxy did you use??

Right now just a 7 inch. gonna upgrade to ten inch later on. Had an Acer A500 but got rid of it.

big Steve, I have a RF P1000bd for sale if you're interested. I'm upgrading to a T1500bdcp so I don't need it anymore. I also have a locker zz400.1 but I doubt you'd be interested in it.

So got most of the system built. For no head unit and wide assortment of music choices to pick from, its the way to go.
