Tahoe Center Jumpseat Replacement

Is this console a bolt in replacement for the center seat on my 07 Tahoe LS? I thought I read somewhere on here that it was, and I HATE my center jumpseat...the storage isn't covered, so you have to take everything out in order to use the seat.

it will bolt right in
