Ya it pretty funny to watch the launch ramps on holiday weekends in Lake Havasu; mostly its due to people being to drunk and little experience. Alot of Havasu locals just go to the ramps to watch the follies take place. Some pretty good laughs, a few fights and maybe a divorce or two in the making.

Having a 4wd is so important when pulling a boat out, especially if its a heavy boat with a ramp thats steep and wet from a hundred other boats being pulled out before you. The first time i brought my Tahoe to Havasu with my new boat i tried pulling it out on 2wd, my tires started to spin and i wasnt moving. Turned the knob to 4wd high and up it went with no problem. I will never own another 2wd tow vehicle.
