My 01 threw a po300 code, changed plugs and reset code and was fine for about a week but now it's came back up. Could it be a knock sensor or a sensor or something? It stumbles and has no power at times

Should have changed plug wires at same time. Did the plugs all look like burning evenly? Use AC Delco plug wires. Run some injector cleaner thru a couple of tanks. Get MAF cleaner at parts store and follow directions on the can when cleaning MAF sensor. Get some carb cleaner and clean the throttle bore with a clean rag at the throttle plate seating area.
Does your full tune include a new fuel filter? Is there one of those in line along the chassis or is it part of the fuel pump unit in the tank? At the end of all of this you may still have a fuel injector intermittent problem.
Yea, the P0300 code can be a pain because it is a random/intermittent problem that comes and goes. If it pin pointed a cylinder you could deal with that easier. The NGK plugs should be fine and even their wires are quality but I prefer AC Delco. Try the injector cleaner and the other 2 cleans, throttle bore and MAF, like I said.
Do the MAF and throttle bore too. MAF is known to cause the random misfire.
