So been working on my 96 tahoe now for about 3 years and finally got everything put back together and go to start it and I get a click in the starter and nothing else, replaced battery and starter and it does the same thing, if I try to start it it clicks once and then it won't let me try again unless I un hook the battery cable for like 5 min. Also the normal warning lights turn off when I try to start but the high beam, both signal lights and the brake light on the dash all turn on and stay on, any recommendations?
